| I hate Verizon, too |
After having continual internet connection problems for almost two years with the provider and not having internet AT ALL this past week, I tried numerous times to resolve the prolem on the phone and it didn't work. They thought it may be the modem and sent me a new one. That didn't work. A service tech was scheduled three times and never showed up. I gave up. I hate Verizon. |
