Verizon Sucks Balls

Verizon does not care about long term clients. I have being a client since Bell Atlantic days since 1997. I am happy with my small calling plan and my basic phone. Every time I renew they give me the New every two credit. But behold my surprise, when I tried to upgrade and they told me "sorry charley" I have never paid a late bill, rarely calls customer service, and they don't think I am a good client since I don't have an outrageous bill. I learn to manage my calls and I am happy with the plan. But if I want to upgrade to a phone that I want, I have to change my plan for less minutes and pay more. What is wrong with these greedy bastards... I think I might go somewhere else. They are not very customer friendly anymore.
