Mostly all of these posts reflect my experiences with Verizon. This forum is a good way to ventilate frustration. How ever, Verizon obviously really could not care less. Complaints to your state attorney do get corporate attention. Go get,em.

It's not foolish to believe if you address a concern with tact, it will be met with a solution.

The only way VZW is going to improve is if people DO SOMETHING aka TAKE ACTION & let them know instead of whining like a bunch of school bullied bitches on a website. Yeah-that's going to get something done.
