OUTRAGEOUS

You guys are ridiculous. If you go to a store, sure they're gonna tell you what you want to hear. If you call customer service, they do NOT lie, and most of the answers to your questions are ON VZW.COM so try doing some research or using tactfulness when talking to people who have a job because YOU CHOSE VERIZON as your service. That early termination fee? Yeah, you can pay that and leave the company, or start bitching for legitimate reasons, mmkay?

One guy lied to me about being able to remove a charge from my bill. When my bill came, the charge was on there. I called Verizon up again and was told that guy had no idea what he was talking about.

oh and no one can look at your bill (neither you nor Verizon) for a few days after your cycle ends. Why? I have no idea, BUT disputing something makes it that much harder! Then you call a few days when they CAN read your bill (doing so on the very first day they can view it) and they tell you you should have called earlier and nothing can be done. Funny, another rep told me to call this day and I did and now you say it is too late...lies anyone?

But, be my guest, if you are so fond of them, utilize their resources. Just be sure your face looks pretty.

h'okay, so...

The billing system can't generate your bill (on customer service end) the day after because it's already being mailed to you. You can see it in your My Verizon website the day after the new cycle.

If you see a charge and you're that distrusting of a credit, you can check it yourself by dialing #BAL or checking your online account.

If you asked for a subscription to a game or VZ Navigator to be stopped, you need to stop it from your phone as well.

I'm not so fond of them per se.

I am in a call center just like a lot of people. I work for a living, and I am honest in my job. I can't help it that a lot of people are idiots or, can't be polite to others.

It's not Verizon's fault you talk so damned much on your phone, or went text happy, or called your family in Japan and expected it to be free. I mean, seriously...

Customer service is there for a reason-but the customers have to realize that it's an agreement.
You pay your bill because we provide you with service. Cell phones are a luxury. If you can't afford it, it's not the end of the world, but you may have to give up that text message package you hold so dear...

BIG DUMMY.....you come on here and bash Verizon customers because they are not satisfied with your service..even when they have the right to...dont speak so fast buddy..wait until Verizon ships your minimum wage job to India jack ass...consider my EFT paid in full...Verizon wont miss me and I sure as hell wont miss them...Good luck with your slavery of a job...stuck in a damn call center that may have two windows...consider it a cave....O, and by they way...i heard from a good friend of mind that CSP are at the bottom of the barrel...the mail room guys get better respect from supervisors/managers...you not fooling me one bit...u probably out looking for a new job now asshole..
