240-568-2459 Executive Correspondent to NE Area

If you found this website, you hate verizon as much as I do. After writing a letter of complaint to the FCC regarding my POOR quality service with the USB aircard. I finally get a respondence from AARON FISCHMAN. The letter states they are unable to contact me. (not true if they tried.) I left 2 messages with Aaron before my call was returned 2 weeks later. When he finally does call back. He states that even though I am in a known trouble area. I had some type of service. Therefore I am responsible for my entire bill becuz I had some type of service.The conversation was useless. Today I rec. a copy of a letter to the FCC from fischman. Stating there was sufficent usage on the account and I do not have the right to a refund. Granted in Jan and Feb of last year. I had good service until leaves grew on the trees. Then I was F**ked. speed was slower than my old landline. I had some type of usage becuz it would take me 3 times longer to send a file via internet connection. Not verizons problem as long as I had a contract. Therefore I am sharing these numbers in hope that others can call these supervisors directly if you a having problems.

Hope you all can get further. Did I mention while I was online with a tech in July following his instructions to DL software. He crashed my computer and I had to call apple to recover my hard drive?? Oh of course this too was not their fault of problem.

Carrier IQ by VZW and HTC raped me out of six tabs and 4 phones. I was hacked horribly.

Verizon is trying to charge me over 1300.00 for a phone line that is attached to a stolen phone. I gave 30 days notice for them to fix my account or I would bail out and consider existing (legitimate) contracts to be void. They offered to refund a small amount over 300.00 but only if I left my new provider, who is way better in service and support, does not have any contract commitment, and is way cheaper.... and return to Verizon. Now why the hell would I want to do that?
