GOD AWFUL SERVICE

I switched from att to verizon to try a new carrier. The service was horrible so i canceled it within 10 days. My first bill came and i was billed for the next month even though i had cancelled it. Then a few days later i had gotten a new bill except i was charged for the early termination fee. I had returned it within the 30 days. So i called and the girl lied to me saying she fixed it. Tried paying the bill and it had not been fixed. Called the next day and the girl claimed she had fixed it. Just called back today to make sure it was fixed and it wasnt. The girl then told me she would have to call me back and asked to have a contact number. Needless to say they didnt call back.

Yeah, I've had at least three different people flat-out lie to me in the not-quite-month I have been with them in my new place. Makes me wonder if their training orientation is "lie out your ass to make a fast buck or get them off the phone ASAP."

You're GOING to be charged an ETF, but it will be credited back to you after the final bill generates. The billing system doesn't KNOW (ooh telepathic) you're going to stop service mid-month. You get prorated credit back for the portion of the month you did not have service ONCE YOU RETURN THE PHONE.
