In the words of Charles Barkley...turrible!

As a brief introduction to my hate, I switched to Verizon a few years back as I thought it was a great idea. After my first LG phone from them broke into two when I flipped it open one day, only to have customer service tell me since my plan was up for renewal in two months, there was nothing they could do for me.

Here I am again, (why did I renew my contract) with a phone that a pin fell out of. That pin of course charges my phone thus leaving both my wall and car chargers useless. Upon taking it to Customer Service, I was told they had no Motorola phone charges in the store so they couldn't see what my problem was. "Lady, they both worked yesterday, look in the charger slot...there's a pin missing...obviously that's the problem."

She look around and found a USB cable. Of course that fires right up. "Sir, look, your phone charges just fine. Your charger must be broke. You can buy a new one for $30, or both a wall and car one together for $26 each." Well, I don't have a working computer, so now I have to take my phone to work and charge it at work every day because Verizon's customer service is ridiculous.

Now I can't blame them for the craptastic phone as it's a Motorola, but I'm upset they would even sell that garbage. The battery dies after 8 hours without the phone even being used. Turrible company. When my contract is up this June...hello Sprint!!
