A Verizon tech support agent talks

Hello there,

My name is Matt and I work at a call center taking calls for Verizon Business Technical Support. Being a technical support agent, I hear and see all the issues FIRST hand.

These issues pop up so much, its rediculous, from people being disconnected randomly out of "error", to peoples internet suddenly dropping, and not coming back up because Verizon's lines suck, to even people being billed after they terminate their service.

Seeing all these things first hand really makes me glad to live in a Verizon free zone(Canada!). Its sad how many calls I take a day from people who have all sorts of problems from Verizon. So many issues rise all because of Verizon's shitty systems.

I, myself, am not a Verizon customer, and I am outraged by their service. I cannot believe how many issues they have. Word of advice, DO NOT fall for Verizon's prices, because its really a "you get what you pay for" kind of deal.

go with comcast or any other ISP in your area, please!
