Fcc complaint I sent

Dear FCC Representative

I would like to file a complaint against Verizon Communications. The basis of the complaint is that they have blocked the porting of a phone number
(xxx)xxx-xxxx that I have had since September of 1993. In February of 2010 a port request was put in on my behalf to port the number to a voip company called Ooma The port was to be completed on march 5th , I called Verizon at that time to tell them they could cancel my service but keep my DSL internet service operational, since this time both companies claim ownership of the number. Verizon says they canceled the port because it was associated with my DSL service ,but I had contacted Verizon just after requesting the port explaining that the number was getting ported and I was going to need a dry loop DSL account. I have called Verizon several times to fix this but they refuse saying that the port did not happen. Ooma has repeatedly said the port did happen as proof my phone receives calls unless they have to go through Verizon routing systems. At this time I only receive some of my calls other calls get a Verizon message that the phone has been disconnected. I have a service order number of the port that Ooma has supplied to me. (LEC40362) .
Please help me to make Verizon fix their routing systems to allow calls to go through to my Ooma phone.
