I can't pay my bill!

I switched banks and called Verizon to let them know so I wouldn't lose service. The person on the other end of the phone said that everything was cool and I hung up. 2 months later I still haven't been billed and I now owe a few extra dollars because THEIR system didn't take my changes!

And whats worse is that I can't pay over the phone because I don't have a phone with Verizon so they don't recognize my account number and no one knows how to help me. This FIOS is an account for my business and I have web servers that NEED the Internet connection. If they go down, I'm gonna lose a lot of time and money because Verizon just plain doesn't want to take my money...

How messed up is that, I can't get them to take my money!?!?!?!?!
