verizon contract

do i have an option to get out of my contract? This appeard on my bill: Notice of Changes to Administrative and Regulatory
Charges:
Beginning May 13, 2010, the monthly Verizon Wireless Administrative
Charge for voice and email plans will decline by $0.09 per month, from
$0.92 to $0.83 per line, while the Regulatory Charge for such plans will
increase by the same $0.09 per month, from $0.07 to $0.16. Because the
amounts offset each other, this change will not have any financial impact
on you. For Mobile Broadband plans, the Administrative Charge will
remain at $0.06 and the Regulatory Charge will remain at $0.02. For
information regarding these charges, call 1-888-684-1888.

Sorry but no. To get out of contract it has to have a financial change to you & they specifically made it a point of saying that it doesn't. Besides why sign a contract when you just wanna try to get out of it. If you don't want contract buy a phone at full price & you won't be in a contract.

You get a contract to make things simple- set up to deduct from your account and to get a free phone. You think you'll get good service because you're a loyal customer. That's why they got a contract- but...hell, no!
And cancel, you can cancel if there is a change in fee according to contract. In reality, you can cancel if hell freezes over. That is the only way to cancel without a fee. Why don't they just go ahead and put that in the contract...the signer agrees that early termination fee will only be deemed waived IF HELL FREEZES OVER.
