Multipal phone failures

I have been a long time customer with Verizon wireless, over 10 years, and noticed things going progressively downhill. In past 3 years have went through 3 EnV2 phone failures, 1 EnV3 phone failure and recently stupidly accepted a free upgrade to an EnV Touch (provided I renew my contract)This latest phone required even higher billing cost due to so called advanced features, but has crashed almost daily, making said advanced faetures unusable. Customer service & tech support has been unable and/or uunwilling to resolve the equipment issues instead suggesting only that I again upgrade my phone to an even more expensive model! I want out! No more constant bogus reason to pay the hughest rates in the industry, continuously be upsold to avoid actually dealing with problems with defective equipment, and no more outragous customer service!
