i hate customer service rep KENNY "YES MAM"

I called to get directions on a simple problem. Transfer photos from a 700 W Treo to a SD card. Kenny placed me on hold 8 times serching for the answer, then had the audacity to tell me, "i dont know maybe u could tell me how to do it." I then replied that is your job because you are the mobile expert. He replied not today. His manager was unavailble for 20 minutes. Fabien, the manager, continued to read a script when i was speaking and explaining the problem. I ended up calling a friend at TMOBILE for help with my verison phone. THAT SAYS IT ALL ON VERIZON'S SKILL AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

did you try and looking it up online? these guys don't know how to do everything on every phone. i currently work for at&t and in the 3 years i have worked there we have gone through atleast 60-70 phones. it is literally impossible to know how to do everything on every phone. people think that cell phones are our lives, but that's not true. every now and then you have to do things on my own. what you wanted to have done (transfering pictures) has nothing to do with verizon. i drive a toyota, and if i have any problems with it i do not take it back to the dealer, i take it to a mechanic.
