gawd, no company is perfect. not verizon. not att. not tmobile. no one! everyone will have bad experiences no matter where you go. if you don't like your carrier, close your account and go back to the middle ages and live without a cell phone.

suck it buttercups.

nope, i am an adult and pay my cell phone bill just like everyone else. unlike everyone else, i am not going to lose my shit over something i can never have 100% control over outside of just having no phone at all.

when you find the company that will let you have an unlimited everything plan, your own personal/portable cell phone tower, and gives you every new $600 cell phone free whenever you want it without a contract, plus customer service reps with doctorate degrees who will give you a credit just because the day of the week ends in 'y' ...let me know.

I'd just like a company that doesn't fuck up my bill every month. Or at least one that, when it does screw things up, has reps that can intelligently troubleshoot the problem - and communicate it to the rest of the beehive to ensure I don't have to go through the same rigmarole NEXT month.

For what we pay for cell service, we deserve competency. I don't expect spectacular.

Really dude? You've obviously never tried T-Mobile. They have some of the BEST customer service I've ever gotten from ANY large corporation. They are always super helpful, can actually fix your problem or put you in contact with someone who can quickly, and if they can't they will refund your money or give you a discount or whatever. Don't knock it til you try it!

Sprint is also a great cell phone company with excellent customer service (at least that has been my experience). Verizon is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Their internal processes are broke beyond belief and I don't think a major overhaul would help them very much. There may not be a perfect company, but I doubt there is any company as screwed up as verizon!
