Tech Support Pests

After paying the EXTREMELY high bill of $500 this month after a bunch of hidden fees surprised our family, Tech Support wouldn't stop calling me saying we still owed it. My mother paid the amount WEEKS ago, yet they still call me everyday. The worst part is that it's during school, so I have to put my phone on Silent all day just so my phone doesn't randomly vibrate. I hate Verizon.

I'm a college student and back in October verizon kept calling my phone during class. They said I owed them $423 for a phone that I never sent back. I actually did send the phone back in August. August and October. That's a 2 month span. They didn't check their warehouse or w/e they call it. They kept harrassing me and I kept telling them to update their fucking system. They were supposed to compensate me for the phone calls but they didn't until I had another problem when someone refused to help me in the store because I wasn't authorized on my account. Got an early upgrade out of it.
