How can you esclate compliants to at VZ?

We've been without a landline phone and VZ missed multiple service calls. Who can we escalate complinats to? When you ask for a supervisor you're on hold for 10 mins and then disconnected and have to start all over again!

Class action suit to recover biling for non-service periods anyone???

I wish I knew, I've been dealing with billing issues from day one. Called and complained, spoke to supervisors who swore they would get back to me and guess what, its days later and no response. even after spending money to fax them proof of their mistakes. however, i wont give up. i wont stop calling.
