Quite Satisfied

Can't say I've ever had a problem with Verizon! I have a Droid as well and I agree with a previous post that the customer service could improve. Only issue I have as of now is recieving my Android 2.2 update which everyone is waiting on at this point. other then that, can't say i've had any negitive experience with them yet. I work for the state and I get a 25% deduction off my bill every month and I was supposed to fill out paperwork to prove so, but I didn't even have to do that! The customer rep I was talking to over the phone simply just added the discount and I haven't had to fill out anything yet!

As far as my overall experience, I haven't had a problem. I can only speak for myself though so no problems on my end thus far! those of you that have had a bad experience, sorry to hear that.

On a side note, hahaha i have to agree with the Steve Jobs comment on a previous post... I don't like him either.
