verizon riped me off

ok so i got my phone 3 years ago on a 2 year contract and about 1 and half years into it my phone broke and i was forced to use a crapy chocolate 1 and they said i would have to use the phone for a few more months before i get a new one but hen i went in there when they said i was eligable they said i had to wait another 2 years!!!! im sick of this company riping people off please help
