I'm so pissed!

Well, I got my phone (Samsung Trance) a year ago. I started having problems immediately, but didn't think anything of it because it wasn't happening that often. Then, it started shutting off by itself, the keys stuck, and when I sent a text message, the receiver was quick to let me know that they got the same message a random number of times. I called Customer Service and they shipped me another one the exact same. It did the same thing. They sent me another, the same one. Same thing happened. The sent me a third one. THE EXACT SAME PHONE. THE EXACT SAME BEHAVIOR! So finally, last night I just called them and told them I wanted my service disconnected and I WAS NOT going to pay a $350 termination fee. I only paid 50 and I no longer have Verizon. It's bullshit!
