I cancelled my DSL I had through Verizon on 3/10/10 due to my bill increasing every month, service interruptions, bad customer service (man I didn't think it could get worse), etc... Well I got charged for services for April (auto checking acct debit) even though my service had already been terminated. I called every month for a refund and each time I called, the call took at least an hour due to being transferred to wrong departments, caught in VRU loops, being flat out hung up on...the times I DID speak to a rep in the correct area, I was blatantly lied to- "you'll get a refund for $47.27 in 10 business days". Hello. It's July. Does it seriosly take 4 months plus my incessant begging to get MY money back? I won't hold my breath. Thank GOD I am no longer a customer of this A$$ backward company.
