Hate Hate Verizon

I have been a customer with them for many years. My hate level for them at this point is so high that I would rather switch to a provider with lousy coverage and pay a large termination fee (which I am not supposed to do, but they are charging me) than stay with Verizon. I have over 1 month's worth of notes of hours of conversations with their customer service, tech support, supervisors, store help with all the names. I have had nothing but lies and lies and lies. The new phones are full of bugs. The customer service and supervisors are at the point that all they do is be rude and lie to you. I have paid outrageous fees and bills the past two months. They refuse to admit anything is wrong with their new phones. I took one phone back because of disability accessibility issues and they could care less. I have had supervisors give me their "direct numbers" only to get the message that "this number is no longer in service." I have been told the lousy coverage I am now getting is because of geophysical terrain changes due to seasonal changes. I wish the US government would slam all the cell phone companies for their deception, lies, fees and outrageous policies, but I wish Verizon would be put under the bus.
