VERIZON REP

All you complainers need to check your bills. Verizon customers suck! Verizon is overly expensive but it has the best service in the LAND. Stop calling in complaining about the automated system. If you listen to the options, 9/10 you wont need to speak with a rep. You guys call in and complain over and over and over. "Why is my bill so high?" I want to say bc ur dumb @ss talked up 980 on a 450 min plan. It is not Verizon's responsibility to notify u that you are exceeding your min. No where in your contract is that mentioned. Think about how you speak to people when you call in and the rep you are speaking with wont be "negligent" when trying to assist you.

Maybe if you guys would stop and LISTEN to customers instead of bold face lying about charges and blowing us off, we wouldn't call so much and complain.

First rule of CUSTOMER SERVICE (this is what this is, not a way for you to sell us useless crap and get a gas card from your manager, is to listen and empathize with your customer. I worked in customer service, both on phone and in person, for SIXTEEN years, and I have never in my life seen the vast amount of incompetence and unskilled service folks as I have with Verizon. If you don't like your job, get off the phone and find another so I can talk to someone who can actually help me.
