This is why I hate Verizon

Verizon has charged my family (multiple times) for services we didn't use or download. They claim they were installed when we got the phones. We had no idea they were there, let alone charging us extra!
Verizon's HD DVR boxes that have HDMI ports have a firmware error. Every now and then, the box won't sync with your TV correctly and you will get a green screen. Verizon claims they have a team working on it. Funny thing is, this problem has been around for 2+ years.
Verizon once bricked my enV2 while updating the firmware. They said I would get a new phone, but not for another month because they don't have any more enV2s. I had to complain for 2 days to get the manager to give me an enV3.
