Extra Charges, Bad Service

For the past 7 months now Verizon has been charging me for an extra landline. Every month I review the bill, have to call them to credit the charge. My broadband internet routinely gives me a problem, mostly disconnecting me every few hours. They direct you to another number when handling tech support questions, only to tell you that this number is not available after wasting your time. The online tech support does not even list my state as an option to register under, so I cannot get a live chat going either. This is ridiculous.
