| Verizon $5 Barnes and Nobel Offer |
I would never switch from Optimum, but got a gift card offer in the mail from Verizon. Since the call was free, and I had time to burn I called. After waiting on hold for 5 minutes, I was answered with a person who told me they would transfer me, then another 2 minutes to another person that said I had to call a different number and gave me the number I originally called.
