I'm angry because I talked to a rep about paying 100 dollars on my balance due. I entered that amount on the website, and simply wrote the confirmation number in my bank register (I've never had the need to print the confirmation page before). When I checked my bank balance I saw that Verizon was taking the full amount due. I panicked and stopped payment accepting the $30 fee to do so per my bank. Now Verizon is charging me $25 for what they dubbed "insufficient funds". I argue that they have lost nothing in the transaction. It's no different than if I had entered a payment of $0 on their website. I'm going to go to another company if they don't reverse this charge.
