Waiting for technical support to set my FIOS online account for the past two weeks

Its crazy that I am try to contact FIOS customer support for the past two weeks. I am always on hold and it never gets connected. One day I waited and waited and finally went to shower. The rep came on exactly when I started showering. That call was useless as the tools that rep is supposed to use to get my issue fixed are not working. This is totally ridiculous.
