Overcharged and Ignored

I have/had been a Verizon Wireless customer for several years. I have noticed within the last year that their service and integrity has become non-existent. When I try to get an issue resolved at a store they tell me I have to call customer service (I am sure this is because they do not want potential customers to hear current customer's complaints). When I call customer service they are rude, ignorant, and unappreciative of how much I am paying for their products and services. If they admit their mistake they will not take the action to fix it (even if they say they will!).

Plus, the service isn't great anyway. My phone only works about half of the time and is bogged down by creepy ap's that I cannot remove without potentially damaging the OS of the phone.


I hope somebody, or lots of us, can voice our complaints (in the stores!) and stop this big business from stealing the little bit of money that we have!

the store doesn't care because they are only their to make commission. if a store says to call customer service for something, it is simply because they are lazy, and don't want to waste their time on a customer service issue when they could be making a sale. and it's not that customer service does not care, they just don't have a way to log your complaint, other than notating it on your account.
