Customer Service???

I terminated my contract on the (2 year anniv) date of when I filled in the paperwork for the start of my last 2 year contract. I found that Verizon's contract date was 2 weeks after that date. They charged me a full termination fee when I only had 2 weeks left on the contract. I understand it was my mistake, but for the sake of any possibility of future business, I expected them to reduce that fee. They said they were not able to reduce any fee. They are the worst in customer service!! Stay away from them and give your business anywhere else!

...you canceled your contract before it was up, so therefore you get an etf. why would you even bitch about something like this if you even admit that it was your fault?
