Aweful

Verizon has no problem taking your money and shucking and jiving to get you to sign up for their service. They went knocking door-to-door in my apartment building and held a pool party at my apt complex just so residents can sign up... Now, I can't get a hold of them when I have questions about my bill. I have received none of the discounts that's supposed to be offered to new customers. There are literally 5 different numbers on my bill to call "if you have questions regarding this bill." If I call one they tell me I have the wrong number and transfer me or give me another number not listed on the bill. And lets not forget the fun of explaining to multiple operators your problem only to get disconnected before you are able to get some help.

I hate that Verizon has locked me in a contract for 2years. I should have known something was up. I am never going back..I'm so tempted to back out out of the contract and pay the fee..that's how much I hate the service. All these big companies are ripoffs.. they fail to consider the customer. Once they have our business, they treat it as if our money is of no value to them. We do not get the benefit of our dollar. Any company that wants to gain a large share of the market needs to focus on boutique customer service..that's where the money is at. I'd gladly pay a little more to talk to a live person, have my issue addressed and off the phone quickly. I want some respect. I'm tired of the dog and pony shows.
