The worst web sites with multiple log on

I am so frustrated with Verizon and the multiple logon IDS, passwords and such needed to access my account. So, I have verizon cell phone, www.verizonwireless.com; I have a verizon home office phone www.verizon.com and dsl also www.verizon.com. Those both have sign ons and passwords. I also get a combined bill (cell, landline and dsl). I get an email notifying me of the new bill with a link to get it. Well, it does not link to the combined bill. I must go thru 5-6 log on attempts before giving up. Now, the company I'm with also offers some verizon discount and have to go to a verizon site to check it out. Well, the site asks for either my logon info or my home number. Guess what, home number does not work!

So, I recently contacted verizon (via email) asking how to access my combined bill (I've had this combined bill for maybe 1-2 years, and ALWAYS struggle to get a copy). So their email response asked for my account number (go figure, it's on the bill, those jerks). After responding to the email telling them I don't know the account number, and that I am traveling, couple days later I received an email saying they cancelled my auto payment (from credit card) so that I can get sent copy of monthly bill. Some of the sign ons ask for my verizon email address (guess I got one with the dsl service).What service! What confusion. Comcast is now providing some sort of service to my home area, and I'll be switching.
