Verizon Business: Don't Do It

This is day number three and over 6 hours on the phone trying to get Verizon to fix their mistake. We are a small business that upgraded our service. That upgrade caused a failure of our fax line. Repair claimed it was billing so we have been trying to contact business billing. Nine (yes 9) transfers later and we still can't get to business billing. I am now on hour number three (3) on hold with residential billing trying to get through to business billing. I have been transferred to business billing five times and each time it is the wrong department. Note: Last time I had an issue with my DSL and it took eight and one half hours on the phone with them trying to fix the problem. They refused to issue a repair ticket. I will never blog about Verizon again because I am making a change. FYI. I swear that none of this is an exaggeration.
