They cut my lines 3 times without cause, made me have over 10k worth of damages due to servr outages and sent me a $23 check for that.

They deleted my ptr record in all of this so of course my users are getting bouncebacks.

I am on the phone now for 44 minutes dealing with MORONS INCOMPETENT people who of course dont know what a PTR record is and finally I supposedly got to the VEPS department (in Phallapines) and they say they can't help and I have to wait for 24 hours to get a REPLY to the request.

This is torture, unfair and ridiculous.

The government should be doing something about this!
