Verizon "Help"

I went online to view my bill then pay it and after I logged on I spent about 15 minutes trying to figure out how to view my bill. I wanted to view before paying because I knew I had quite a few hidden charges I wanted to address. I finally gave up and went to help and spent 45 minutes with a tech rep and eventually got to the point where I could view the bill. The thing is when I first logged on there were two different easy ways to PAY my bill but no way to view it. Making it easy to pay but not to view is no accident, Verizon doesn't want you analyzing your own bill or you will be more inclined to figure out how they're raping you with their excessive charges. This is another reason why I HATE VERIZON!!

I am always so curious about these mysterious "hidden" charges. I have had multiple phone companies over the years and can't ever remember a time a charge. Was placed on a bill without a clearly spelled out line item description. Never once has that description said "Other Hidden Charges"
