MyWireless has worst customer service EVER.

AT&T needs to step UP coverage in Colorado. But my beef is with a Verizon supplier - MyWireless. Consistent poor service, lazy store employees, commission based and you FEEL it the minute you walk in the door.

My issue? Waited in line for over FORTY minutes with a smartphone issue - then was told "you have to contact the phone supplier when that happens - we don't know how to restore your phone with that error code. Went home, went online. Took me 15 minutes to educate myself and fix my phone. LAZY MyWireless girl" Don't worry, I won't bother you again.

We've all been fooled once, right? Shame on us. BUT don't be fooled twice -
Verizon online and over the phone provide MUCH better service AND prices.

That's why they are called resellers. Not corporate employees. Nor corporate technicians. good job, glad you can read and fix your basic phone. did you hold the end button to turn it back on instead of pressing it really fast?
