Verizon doesn't suck, the population doesn't understand structure.

As I read the posts on this forum, all I want to do is make a fool out of the person complaining. If statistically 50% of bills are inaccurate, I must say 98% of people that complain about Verizon are identically inaccurate. Equipment complaints? Yep, since they make the handsets it's totally their fault. You're over your minutes? Yep Verizons fault you can't shutup. Your phone won't turn on? ohhhhh, you have to HOLD IN the end button. Verizons problem. Data plans mandatory for 3g phones and people can't afford an extra 33 cents a day for their cell phone? If 9.99 is going to break your bank, you shouldn't have one in the first place. 5 years from now, data connectivity is going to replace the regular 'old fashion' phone call. Every carrier has a "Hate" site made about them. Each one of those sites have the same issues. Do your homework before sounding like a fool. Whoever made this site, yeah, maybe you were double billed. I promise if you show a person that works for the company the error, understand it's personally not their fault, and ask them to help you out, you won't have to say another word. You're going to have issues on any carrier. The same issues. If you want to speak to a person that doesn't have an accent, then get U.S. citizens to work harder for their paycheck instead of having lazy people lose their job due to outsourcing because convergys will hire people from india that will work double shifts for half the pay because we are too lazy watching the latest episode of Jersey Shore on MTV. Grow up. I have seen things in a verizon store that should make all verizon customers hang their head in shame at their own behaviors. I have been a cutomer for 16 yrs today and in those years for the time I have been in the store ihave seen the employees been cussed out, spit on, yes spit on, swung on, verbally abused. I haveseen people throw phones. And literature at them and they have been incredibally composed. I would have jumped over the counter and beat these peoples asses yet they are so composed they just walk them to the door and boot them. On the other hand I have seen the good too. Other customers close to tears that they handle with the utmost sensitivity. Customers who r cancelling service due to the death of a loved one who r in tears that the rep provides that little bit of extra care that gets them thru it or for the true crazies that they maintain some dignity for them. These r people too maybe they r doing a service and need some respect. Mom always said you get more flies with honey than with vinegar. I've always gotten what I wanted with quite a large number of "exceptions" made for me cuz im nice. Give it a shot it works

It makes you wonder what Verizon does to engender such hatred. I work for T-Mobile, and we never seem to have the hatred of our customers. Verizon, and, especially Verizon employees, who keep speaking up about "it's all our customer's fault" perhaps you should look to your own behavior, and the behavior of your company as a whole. Bad hardware? You are the ones selling it. If we get complaints about hardware, we replace it often with better equipment, and, if there are a (low) number of complaints, we stop carrying that hardware, is that hard? It always pays to be polite at the outset, we are, and we get polite people, with problems that we both are trying to solve, together, as opposed to all the adversarial comments I see in these places.

contact your local-, state-, and national representatives and DEMAND a change in law

anyone who speaks on behalf of a company issuing promises of this happening or that not happening again OUGHT BE BINDING as it is for "agents of a company". Further this law will require any agreements made by phone reps generate a PAPER letter to you (including all deals, abrogations, concessions, refunds, upgrades, on site service, etc)

data plans are ARBITRARILY "manadated"

EVERY "smart" "phone" can have all background processes terminated on boot such that it uses ZERO data.

Then the "smart" "phone" can be used purely as a phone as the 'dumb phones' suck in quality, and become suckier each year pushing people towards data sinks

my my OP have you forgotten about the class action lawsuit over the v710 illegal use of the BlueTooth logo? [verizon lost]

Verizon has a long history of intentionally deceiving current- and potential customers.

Bad hardware? probably not originally buy once the syphilitic monkeys hacked the firmware to fit the verizon master plan, then, yes, the hardware sucks

Verizon is on their way to losing another class action law suit over "mandatory" data plan FRAUD
