A. Threaten violence

| There is never a need to call a person out of their name. Verizon has gotten over!!! My identa ring is not working. They actually assigned me a number that belonged to someone who didn't pay their bill. They have taken countless repair tickets but none and I do mean none of them seem to have been sent on pass the rep that took the repair ticket, b/c the very next day I repeat the exact same information to any other dumb ass rep. who don't forward the info either I've been on this cycle for 10 days. order a "phantom line" a line that will forward to your existing line, then port that new number in as your primary number thereby ditching the phantom line
