verizon suck ass!!!!

Dearest Verizon,

Each and every time I have to make a call to your damn company it had always been a complete and utter nightmare, the kind that your want to reach over the f@cking phone and choke somebody.

So I had to call Verizon today, GOSH DARNITTTT!!! I just want to paid my fr@nken bill, and they want to charge me about $3 to process my payment. WHUTTTT???!!! for real, no way I was going to give then any extra money, so I try to go on line to paid, and of course I couldn't register to paid my damn bill. Ok, so back on the phone I go to see if they can help me register, again I am just trying to paid my BILL!!! why do they have to make the website so hard to navigate not friendly user at all. So I finally got someone on the phone, noted I was already pissed off at this point, and the b@tch was rude and told me she have to change me to another department, once again I'm being send off to a new department ( I feel like an orphan that no one wants to help!!!)So this woman greeted me in some kind if Indian accent, and was trying to keep up with me as I express my anger of being told new thing every time I have to call them, and they can't ever seem to find my account. Is this mean I'm not in the system, can I get free internet sevice and not paid my bill? Not so fast!! they always manage to send me a bill, and told me I was late paying it. Eventhough they sent the bill late.

Anyway the woman with the accent told me she could not find my account after I told her my account number, so of course I was at my boiling point!!! What the fudge??? You can't find my account??? So, once again I of course was put on hold, and a while later she gave me another number and told me that this new number is my corrected acct. #, whuhhh??? Ok, lady. At this point I don't trust her or anyone at Verizon to tamper with my acct. so I told her that Verizon SUCK ASS!!!!!!! the website and the customer service was a complete waste of my time. It's caused nothing but anger, and frustration!!!!

BEWARE, BEWARE, DANGER! MORONS ZONE! STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON!!!!!
