not able to sign on from midnight-8am for the 100th time

The internet mail service has never really worked. Dealing with yet another totally idiot "tech" support person who has no idea what to do. Who are these people? Verizon should be able to hire real tech experts given the economy but instead they hire people and give them very little training. Spent more hours than I care to state on the phone with these people. Its hopeless unless I can get out of my contract.
