Verizon Scams

Dealing with Verizon support is a nightmare. It started when I signed up with Verizon in April 2010 and they messed up my bundle. I have made multiple calls to support and every time I called I was promised it was fixed but every month I received the wrong bill.
At this point after hours of frustration and dealing with support it looks like they bundled me with a higher price plan that I originally signed up for.
On my last call to support I asked to have this escalated and was told that a claim was opened and I will be contacted by claim rep. I waited a week and no one called so I called back for status and was told that it would take 30 to 60 days for approval and I should keep paying the bill.
Does Verizon even care about keeping their customers? I’m not sure any more
