I detest Verizon

Where do I start? there is the internet service which is always craxhing, the almost complete month I had no service while they figured out it was a problem, finally, on their end of the line. Now there is the charge for unreturned equipment on my bill. So I call customer service which should be renamed customer frustration zone and can't get through to a real person. The computer finally agrees to send me a prepaid, stamped lable to return this equipment in, but I have no idea what I am supposed to be returning. After several frustrating minutes I get through to a real person who basically tells me this is not his concern but he will give me a number to the "solution center" and they will help me. he transfers me and again, I wait on the line for so long that I finally just hang up because, surprise surpise, I, too, have a life to lead. Why are there so few other options out there - my only other real option is the local cable company which I have also heard people complain about. Verizon should not be allowed to treat its customers with such disregard.

You should not spend your money and waste your time with Verizon. Simple answer.
