I am generally a nice person.. reduced to a raving maniac!!!! Why is it, that, when I pay a premium, I get horrendous customer service??? I have been on the phone/chat for ten hours today, only to get the same rhetoric from people who do not speak English!!!!I have no problem speaking to someone from a foreign country..what I do have a problem with is spending hours on the phone listening to script answers that lead nowhere.."I'm sorry you're having a problem", etc. Am I alone?????

And each CS (Customer Sucks) agent ask the same questions over and over again. I don't know a lot but I know how to trouble shoot before I call.

I had Verizon in the past and I have Comcast now and it sucks just as bad.
