Verizon Sucks!!!!

Just moved our office down the road one block. Did not change any phone service - asked Verizon to duplicate the services we alreay have - same package, NO CHANGES. Verizon somehow took off caller id and rollover options from existing phone service package. for two days been trying to get this fixed. calling in, repeating all the same information, put on hold, disconnected, holding - being asked for all same info AGAIN!!!! THIS SUCKS!!! Once our phones and dsl are working fine, I'll be looking into another broadband/phone provider.
