| Agent lied |
i sighned up with them based on a deal their agent gave me which was unlimited calls to my country which was thr rezen why i sighned ,and then i found out that the agent has lied to me ,and that such a deal does not exiest in the company ,the agent stated that all you have to pay is 25$ extra and u get unlimited calls,then they tell mE my country does not exiest in the deal,i tried to cancel they said ok we will give u the deal , after that they made me call them 100 times till i found my bill is 600$ which is suppost to be 120$for the first bill PLEASE HELP CAN I SUE THEMAnonymous - Verizon H8er ID: DCCC49 |
