F*ck all ou spolied VZW customers!!

I work for verizon, Im a retail sales rep. I would say 85% of customers problems are self inflicted. Verizon as a company spoils their customers to no appreciation. Verizon DOESNT MAKE phones however we warranty YOUR purchase as a courtesy. Most of YOU CHOOSE to buy 'FREE" phones or the "cheapest thing ya got" and then bitch and moan that the cheapest wireless device you could find malfunctions after using it every single day all day.
Now its MY FAULT and you need a new phone that works, right this second because your life is so important. But not important enough to invest in a quality device.
Hey but you pay your bill on time. Tell this to your cable company when your tv breaks see where that gets you. Half of you clog up my retail location with stupid questions or stuff you could do online at home, but hey I get paid alot of money to help you with your mundane bullshit so I wont rant on this.
The truth is we as sales reps put up with alot of Bullshit from the most ignorant,rude ungrateful assholes over a stupid phone. Most of the stuff I see tahts wrong with your phones is user error or having unrealistic expectations from your device.

Verizon Sales reps base salary is 40k with top reps pushing close to six figures. We are competent,hard working,professinal people. I personally, love my job and enjoy most of my customers. I find ways to help , I will bend policies and make exceptions even when your a dick if I or WE screwed up. IF WE SUCK AND YOU HATE US GO TO AT&T OR T-MOBILE WE COULDNT CARE LESS AND PROBALLY DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU. I HAVE QUOTA AND A MORTGAGE BUY SOMETHING.

What about all the hidden fees your precious Verizon puts on our bills? And DO NOT even say that is a lie. The local news had a few stories about it! And your customer service is bullshit. Most of you can't even speak ENGLISH! This is the USA. Not fucking china! Also the assholes I talk to that have their speaker so loud on their phone I echo when I talk to them. We pay our bills and your salary. Go fuck yourself both you and Verizon!

Try signing up for Verizon/MCI's long distance service and then calling back to get something resembling "Customer Service" resolution! Almost all your customer service reps are pretty lousy with English (all routine customer service calls are shipped out-of-country somewhere like Mexico or Guatemala) and your customer service reps are too far removed for your product line or how it may work. Calling them stupid, or dumb as a bag of hammers would be another way to say it!

Please go ahead. Mr. Salesman Smarty-Pants, take my challenge and try what I ask. You'll soon become acquainted with a place known as reality, and the Planet Verizon extraterrestrial life experience.

Spoiled..? Not even likely, not even close!! Get real... You're out on the same planet as most of your foreign "customer service" telephone reps. Where..? Some South American jungle would be most likely venue; fresh from the mud or stick built jungle hut. These people are not only very bad with nominal conversational English; they are primitive-minded and not acquainted with much modern telecommunication technology. Try it!

I, and I'm sure others here, can come to no other conclusion than Verizon/MCI Inc. does this on purpose to confound and frustrate their paying customer-base into Verizon corporate submission. Spoiled...?

Maybe, just maybe, the Verizon's CEO, Ivan G. Seidenberg, is the true spoiled brat in this equation. Your comments are completely laughable.

How right you are!!!! I tried to get the most common of problems solved and I was connected (and dis connected) to the most ill-mannered mentally challeged on earth. I'm am in week two of trying to get my problem fixed and I am still having NO LUCK! They are USELESS A$$HOLES!

You said the free phones are the worst? We have to sign up for a two year contract with your pathetic Verizon the least you could do is give us a decent phone. Why the hell would we buy some $500 phone from your site. When you most likely paid about 50 bucks for it. I'm sure you have all kinds of deals with these phone manufactures. And the customer service is crap. They laughed at me when I had a problem. I mean literary laughed. But I got the last laugh when I got out of my contract with Verizon. After being signed up for 5 months. And contacting the Better Business Bureau! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I RECORD all conversations with verzion AND follow up EVERY conversation with a paper letter summarizing promised actions.

I like to give notice that I too am recording the call during their announcement of call recording.

With a follow up letter for every converstation and a recording of every conversation I have it locked down tight. Now I even record conversations with field managers or agents without their consent to cover all my bases.

With ViaTalk prefixing the verizon contact number with *99 automatically records the call

so for fios "service"

If you don't subscribve to viatalk, a voip (internet phone) service, you can record calls free with a headset, a SIP client (software) capable of recording, and place your call through a free toll free SIP gateway

Small claims court grants some leeway with recorded conversations and does not look kindly on liars.

You better watch your mouth before Verizon ship your damn job to India or South America...$40,000 a year base salary..hahaha..now thats laughable..dude, your're making $40,000 & your boss who does not know your last name is making millions..Your salary is nothing in the good ole US of A...bet you living from paycheck to paycheck, or some old country town where you can purchase a house for $20,000 & a mule...(again, my husband and i cannot stop laughing)...Send me your email & I will show you a REAL salary...with that bein said, don't come on here bashing VW customers & their complaints, thinking you Mr. Big Shot $40,000 a year!!
