Verizon Really Doesn't Want Feedback

Just spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone (mostly on hold) to reach someone who would hear and do something about my complaint with a FiOS installer. For the last 2+ hours a Verizon FiOS van has been parked in front of my house with the motor running. The installer has mostly been in a neighbor's home installing new service. There is no reason why his truck should be running. It's adding smelly exhaust fumes to the air, wasting fuel and just generally bad for the environment. I was passed to 3 people on the phone (one transfer was supposedly to a "Policy Office," but it was no such place. The person said there was nothing she could do. Dealing with Verizon has always been a frustrating chore.

I would of stuck something in his tail pipe to kill the motor :)

I would've tried giving them the license number and non factory numbers decaled on the truck. In cold or bad weather alot of people who work outside leave the truck running so they have warm dry enviorment to go into if need be. Sometimes it is a waste.
