No rebates for YOUUU |
I am an OCD person who has been a Verizon customer for over 15 years. I bought 4 phones. A blackberry, an octane and two cosmos were purchased. I paid over $400 for phones, added a line, and renewed my contract. I was supposed to get $250 back in rebate cards. Two of them were INVALID. As I stated earlier, I am OCD. I sent everything back in seperate envelopes and kept copies. They won't answer me about the problems. What a bunch of SQUIBS.MEAN HOOSIER - Verizon H8er ID: 2BD7F8 |

You have your choice of the Consumer Protection Agency, Federal Trade Commission or the FCC which partially regulates the airwaves and telecoms. Verizon and whoever made your phone) They're coming from an outsourced rebate center, normally parago. Voicing your complaint to a million Verizon reps wouldn't make the slight difference. As well as if your you received an invalid rebate card it would tell you exactly why it was invalid and what you can fax or mail to receive your rebate card. Maybe you should try reading the full mailer before through out tons of hate for a process that you so obviously haven't even attempted to understand. Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: 776B51 |
