continuous lies

I am in a small no service area in southern Arizona east of Nogales and west of Sierra Vista. I have asked when we could expect service and have been told that Verizon is expanding it's coverage rapidly. This was last told to me 5 Jan 2011 and has been previously promised for the last 10 YEARS.
If there was another provider, I and probably 200+ other users in the area would switch. I have offered an area to erect a tower to rectify the problem but have not been contacted by the company. Maybe they are too big to be bothered by their customers.

(1) NEVER try to "solve" anything with verizon by chat or phone.

(2) ALWAYS communicate with verizon with a typed, paper letter. Should they call back to discuss inform them you will only communicate by written letter and hang up.

Otherwise you'll get the by the book line "Agent YZ was not authorized to _____" and insert whatever deal/arranged made.
