Auto Pay ISN"T

Unbelievable. Inconceivable. I just had my service terminated due to non-payment. Unusual? Yeah, when you consider I'm on Auto-Pay. Doesn't that mean the payment is Auto-matic? Apparently not. To make matters worse, I've logged about 6 hours waiting to talk to someone about it only to be bounced from rep to rep, none which could do anything about it. "our system is upgrading, should be ready in 2 hours", three days ago. Sad part is I'm using Vonage Phone, which, obviously doesn't work if the internet connection is off. Tried logging into MyVerizon only to find my accout is disabled. Verizon SUCKS. Amazingly, I've the same provider at work and it's a no-brainer, fully functional, always on, etc.

Jesse, us Wrights have to stick together. I htink someone said it best when they said "Too big to care". Well, they aren't too big to go completely bankrupt are they? I suggest, as I told them this evening that everyone make as much noise as humanly possible, line our ducks up and go with another provider ASAP!

Hang in there. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I work at a call center and if I treated my users (I work in IT at a help desk) the way they do, I would be fired.
