Wireless Technology Too Costly

We all lose under this guise of "progress" and "technology."

Technology is too expensive to use. All are being raped by technology.

The sad part is that corporations such as Verizon are into "profit" not "people." That is the reason why Customer Service really does not exist; or if it does, it sorely lacks.

The old days where there was concern for the customer are gone. It is difficult now to find and talk to a real customer service agent. The concern now is profitability.

The recent iPhone craze is just that. Our work group at VZ handles only wireline billing and web based complaints. Such as helping customers use the VZ website for adding service,repair and handling various customer billing issues. As of today, 2-13-2011, we were never given any direction, neither written nor verbal, how to handle the overflow calls from VZ wireless. Those calls were routed to our office with no way to help them. and customers then wanted to know "Can you hear me now ? " . what a joke of a company
